What counts as follow-up

Two-way contact: an inbound call, a phone or showroom up, a kept appointment, a customer email reply.

Attempts: outbound calls, emails and texts by staff, tasks marked done.

Automated CRM messages and notes do not count — only people.

If the CRM history can’t be read, the line says so rather than guessing.
