When a dealership uses our Services, communications with its customers are sent on the dealership's behalf and may be generated using automated technology or AI systems. The dealership is responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents for the customer data it provides to the platform. We honor customer opt-outs: replying STOP to any text stops further texting, and consumers may submit a request through our Do Not Sell or Share page at any time.
We strive to provide reliable, continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
